Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means "Universal Life Energy" in Japanese and uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, to improve the flow of life energy through your body and light body. Reiki promotes wellness, physically, mentally, emotional & spiritually. Reiki covers all chakra's and meridians bringing harmony and balance in your cellular structures. Reiki heals the mind, body & Soul while releasing trauma that has created imbalance within your physical and auric bodies of light. In this intensive Guided Meditation, we will embrace the harmony, love and peace of your Divine birthright.
