Reiki I Class includes the following instruction: * Origins of Usui Reiki *The Reiki Principles *Your Reiki Lineage - Reiki Master's Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, and Hawayo Takata *How to feel, focus, balance and increase your energy with Reiki. *Introduction to your chakras and aura field *Advanced breathing techniques *Tools to access your Angels & Guides *Personalized meditations to meet Mikao Usui and the Reiki Masters *Access to the Reiki I Group for your lineage for ongoing information *Continued instruction at our monthly Reiki Share events *Level One gives you the tools for self healing. If you are new to Reiki or want to repeat your training this class will give you a boost!
